Do we share the property with another group?
No. Hacienda Santa Ana is 100% private to the renter. With the six-bedroom option, the Agave Court bedrooms remain closed, but no second reservation is accepted.
What is included for meals?
Daily breakfast is included for guests staying on property. After booking, the house manager sends the menu form for the group’s breakfast selections. Lunch, botanas, brunch and dinner can be added.
How do airport transfers work?
The property recommends arranging transportation in advance from León (BJX) or Querétaro (QRO). Transfer and in-town rides can be coordinated after the Airbnb reservation and arrival form are complete.
What happens if someone arrives late?
The first arriving guest is received by the security manager or house manager. After that initial welcome, the group is responsible for letting later-arriving guests through the property entrance.
When is the house staff onsite?
Standard cleaning and house service runs Monday through Saturday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Sunday or overtime support is available for an additional charge.
Can the pool be heated?
Yes. Pool heating is available by advance request and is charged separately. The current house guide lists $100 USD per day, beginning one day before arrival.
Are parties allowed during a regular stay?
Only registered house guests and a limited number of approved visitors may gather without an event agreement. Larger celebrations require the venue’s written approval, a full-estate booking and a separate event contract.
Are smoking and pets permitted?
No. The current house rules prohibit smoking, pets, moving the furniture and bringing flammable or hazardous materials onto the property.
