Four-night
minimum stay
The current guide begins with a full-estate reservation through Airbnb. Once the stay is confirmed, the venue prepares a separate event contract.
- Residence guide: $2,600 USD per night before event adjustments
- Event site fee: $12,500 USD
- All final rates depend on date, availability and scope
The private
nightclub
Extend the evening in a dedicated indoor club with sound, a DJ booth, bar and lounge seating.

Other published charges may include a refundable security deposit, Great Lawn grass deposit, tent installation and onsite staff overtime. All pricing is in USD and is confirmed in the event agreement.

Professional planning
A professional planner is required for weddings with more than 36 guests and recommended for other large celebrations.
Approved partners
Vendors must come from the preferred list or receive approval before arriving on property.
In-house catering
The house culinary team caters events unless a culturally specific menu cannot reasonably be accommodated.
Weather planning
A tent is recommended above 40 guests; the house does not provide a large indoor weather backup.
Guest transport
There is no onsite guest parking, so third-party transportation is required for event arrivals and departures.
Security
The city and venue require one security officer for every 50 event guests.
