The in-house chef team cooks for the rhythm of your stay, from coffee and conchas in the morning to a candlelit dinner that keeps everyone around the table.

Breakfast is included for registered overnight guests. Additional meals are selected for the full group and coordinated after booking through the property’s menu form and client cost worksheet.

Alcohol is supplied by guests. Mixers, fresh juices and service staff can be added according to the chosen experience.

One menu together

Breakfast entrées, lunches and dinners are selected for the full overnight group rather than ordered individually.

Waitstaff

Groups larger than six require a waiter. The current guide lists $100 USD, including wage and gratuity.

Bartending

Bartenders may be added for evening service. The current guide lists $125 USD per bartender and recommends one per ten guests.
